Quality Manager Cladding and Facades We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the project delivery team on a major HS2 project, taking responsibility for quality management across roofing, rooflight and façade packages. Reporting to the Quality Lead, you will oversee the quality inspection team and work closely with operational, technical and client teams to ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings and quality requirements. You will play a key role in driving a Right First Time culture, ensuring quality is built into every stage of the installation process rather than addressed once problems arise. As the Quality Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring appropriate inspection stages, hold points and acceptance criteria are in place for each package of works. You will manage the approval process with the client, review quality aspects of method statements and ensure inspection procedures remain relevant throughout the project. You will be responsible for managing the workload and performance of the Quality Inspectors, monitoring inspection records and ensuring all required checks are completed, verified and signed off.
