Commercial / Pre-Construction Manager Location: Harrow, London Type: Freelance / Self-Employed Hours: Full-time, office-based Start: Immediate / ASAP About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial / Pre-Construction Manager to join an established construction business based in Harrow. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded construction professional with a strong understanding of the main contractor and subcontractor market, who is confident dealing directly with clients, QSs and construction professionals. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial side of the business while helping to develop new opportunities and secure future work. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients and Quantity Surveyors. Handle incoming enquiries, tenders and opportunities from initial enquiry through to submission. Review and coordinate tender opportunities with estimators and QSs. Follow up quotations and maintain regular communication with clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector. Develop strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Coordinate estimators, QSs and other commercial team members. Assist with pricing strategy and commercial decision-making.
