Learning Support Assistant The Role You ll be supporting pupils with a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Many have experienced disrupted education, trauma, or a breakdown in trust with school. Your role is to help rebuild that trust and reintroduce learning in a way that feels safe, consistent, and achievable.
