About the Role

We''re urgently recruiting qualified Nursery Practitioners for nurseries across Egham, Addlestone and surrounding areas. This is a temp to perm opportunity with one of the UK''s largest nursery chains, meaning you start earning straight away through us, then move onto a permanent contract with the setting once you''ve settled in. It''s the best of both worlds: a fast start and real job security with genuine career progression.

How It Works

• Start on -17 per hour, paid weekly through our payroll
• Get placed quickly with a great setting and begin building your experience straight away
• Once you''ve settled in and the setting is happy, transition to a permanent, full time member of staff on their books
• From there, clear progression routes open up, including Room Leader and beyond

What We''re Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
• Genuine passion for working with children
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong understanding of EYFS
