There is potential the role go be extended or even made permanent.The successful candidate will be a confident HR Advisor, thriving in a busy environment and hit the ground running. The role requires someone who can start ASAP or at very short notice.Responsibilities of the role: Support Managers/Senior Leadership and employees across the business providing expert HR guidance and advice. Responsible for ensuring the consistent application of polices and procedures. Advise on a range of employee relations matters and work collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver an efficient HR service. Deliver pragmatic HR Advice - confident with this as generalist role. Support with redundancies and restructures. Requirements of the role: Strong generalist HR Advisor knowledge/experience. Strong employee relations, case management and HR best practice. Confidential/thrives working in a busy environment. Confident working with managers across all levels. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is essential.
