The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to streamline financial processes to enhance operational efficiency Role Responsibilities: Play a key role in managing BAU activity, whilst supporting the Finance Operations team with process improvements and future growth initiativesCollaborate with Finance Heads to track and manage month-end processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and contribute towards the development of the Control FrameworkSupport onshore and offshore teams to maintain accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliationsAssist in the preparation and management of financial audits, working closely with finance teams and key stakeholdersMaintain an internal finance view monitoring each company balance sheet, and identifying and
