Be responsible for the preparing, reviewing, monitoring and updating service contract specifications in line with current legislation and PSG contract documentation.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, audits, and inspections.Oversee and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.Ensure regular inspections and testing of all plant, systems and equipment. Ensuring that works carried out by maintenance service contractors complies with standards required by servicing specifications. Essential At least 5 years of experience in compliance management or a similar role.In-depth knowledge of compliance safety regulations and standards.Working knowledge of building services systems (electrical, mechanical services, HVAC etc.) installation and operation.An in depth understanding of Health and Safety.
