This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for delivering consistent product quality, operational efficiency, food safety compliance, and team performance.The successful candidate will be a highly skilled milling professional with strong technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to step into operational milling duties whenever required. Key ResponsibilitiesMilling Operations and Production PerformanceLead and coordinate milling operations across multiple sites.Deliver target extraction rates while maintaining product quality and customer specifications.Monitor production KPIs including efficiency, OEE, throughput and downtime.Ensure consistency and continuity of operations across both facilities. Operational SupportProvide direct operational cover when required, running the mill during shift absences.Support teams in troubleshooting production issues and minimising operational disruption.Maintain high standards of performance and operational excellence.
