Interim Fire Safety Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Interim Fire Safety Project Manager to oversee and manage fire safety compliance and improvement projects within the not-for-profit sector. This temporary role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in property and fire safety management. Client Details Our client are a charitable housing provider with properties and a portfolio in North London and upwards of here and a growing organisation with a broad portfolio. Description As the Interim Fire Safety Project Manager, you will: Manage fire safety improvement projects across multiple properties in compliance with regulations.Conduct fire risk assessments and implement necessary actions to address findings.Ensure all fire safety systems and equipment are maintained and compliant with current standards.Collaborate with external contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders.Provide expert advice on fire safety matters to the organisation.Monitor and review fire safety policies and procedures to ensure continued compliance.Support the team in promoting a culture of safety and compliance across the organisation.Work with cladding remediation programmes. Support the Director and Fire / Health and Safety teams.
