Job: CSCS Labourer
Shifts: 2 to 5 shifts per week
Pay: -18.50 per hour CIS
Location: Doncaster depot
Venatu Recruitment Group are working with an established company seeking reliable CSCS Labourers to work on motorways, highways and other civil engineering projects.
Successful candidates will ideally have previous experience working as a VRS Operative, Labourer, Groundworker or in a similar highways or civil engineering role.
Key Responsibilities

• Installing and removing temporary and permanent Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS), including metal and concrete safety barriers.
• Assisting with groundworks, trenching, site clearance and general civil engineering or earthmoving activities.
• Loading, unloading and transporting materials safely on highway and motorway sites.
• Supporting skilled operatives with day-to-day site duties.
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• A valid, in-date CSCS card.
• A valid Safety Critical Medical.
• A valid Highways Passport.
• Full PPE.
• Previous highways, VRS or general labouring experience is desirable.

Candidates applying for the CSCS Labourer role who hold either a Safety Critical Medical or a Highways Passport, but not both, are still encouraged to apply.
The main depot is based in Doncaster, with travel to and from the depot paid. On occasion, you may be required to lodge away, depending on the project location.
Please note that an induction and Drug & Alcohol test will be completed on your first shift.
