Operations Manager - ADHD
A healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to provide operational leadership for our growing Adult ADHD Service. You will work closely with clinical leaders to ensuresafe, compliant, high-quality and efficient care delivery across multiple ICBs nationwide.This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. There will be an expectation of occasional out-of-hours work and on-call support, particularly during service mobilisation phases.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, support and develop the ADHD operational teamManage service mobilisation and day-to-day operationsEnsure CQC compliance, governance and quality standards are metOversee performance management, rotas, reporting and SLAsCollaborate with ICBs, finance, BI and digital transformation teamsDrive continuous service improvement and innovationLead recruitment, appraisals and performance managementManage complaints, audits and service development initiativesAbout YouWe are looking for an experienced healthcare operations leader who brings:Senior operational management experience within healthcareMental health and/or ADHD service experienceProven leadership of multidisciplinary teamsStrong knowledge of governance, CQC standards and quality improvementConfidence managing hybrid teams and national contractsA passion for innovation and service developmentExperience mobilising new services
