Due to promotion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Works Foreperson to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Smethwick. The Role As Works Foreperson, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day factory operations, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and support the production team while working closely with management to drive continuous improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations. Lead, motivate and develop the production team. Work closely with the Works Manager to ensure production schedules are met. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to maintain efficient workflow. Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with company quality standards. Promote and enforce health and safety procedures throughout the factory. Work alongside the Health and Safety Officer to maintain a safe working environment. Monitor production schedules and identify opportunities for improvement.
