Sounds great, what will I be doing? As the Team Leader for our Connect to Work service, you will lead and develop a team of Employment Specialists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based employment support for people facing barriers to work, including those with mental health conditions and disabilities. You will provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and performance management, creating a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes recovery through employment. Working closely with local partners, primary care networks, community organisations and employers, you will help embed employment support within wider support pathways and ensure the service delivers meaningful outcomes for participants. You will be responsible for monitoring service performance, maintaining compliance with IPS fidelity principles, safeguarding requirements and organisational policies, and driving continuous improvement across the service.
