TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE
Initially to cover for 6 weeks but the position could develop for the right candidate. Our client is well established and supplies a wide mix of office products and services.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and outcomes using client’s data system
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
- . This is an office-based position, working with a busy friendly team, previous experience of business development - appointment setting or tele-sales is essential
Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in analysing customer data to tailor conversations effectively.
- Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
- Hours 8.30 to 4.30. - 30 Minute Lunch break Monday to Friday Hourly rate £20 per hour – commission paid on successful appointments.
