Job Title: Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team on a temporary 3-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, computer literate, and confident working with systems and data.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full administrative support, including booking parts into the system, scanning parts in and out, maintaining accurate records, and completing system-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking parts into internal systems and ensuring stock records are accurate
  
  
• Scanning parts in and out of the system
  
  
• Completing administration tasks and maintaining accurate documentation
  
  
• Producing reports and analysing data using systems and spreadsheets
  
  
• Using Sage X3 to update and manage information
  
  
• Using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
  
  
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative duties
  
  
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
  
  

• Previous administration experience within a busy environment
  
  
• Strong computer skills and confidence using different systems
  
  
• Experience using Sage X3 would be advantageous
  
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  
  
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  
  
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
