The Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Children''s Home Manager to lead our 2-bed EBD home. You will be responsible for providing leadership, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional care is delivered in line with our family values and all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management: Provide guidance, motivation, and creativity to the staff team; manage rotas, holidays, timesheets, sickness, and oversee the staff training plan, supervision, and annual appraisals.Child Welfare and Development: Support children/young people to enjoy and achieve, develop positive relationships, gain resilience for adulthood, and participate in decision-making.Compliance and Administration: Ensure full compliance with the Children''s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards; apply to Ofsted for registration within 28 days of employment; manage the home''s financial budget; oversee placement plans and risk assessments; and maintain accurate records.Sa
