Reporting to the Quality Director, you will be responsible for supporting AS9100 compliance, Nadcap activities, audit programmes, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys working closely with production and engineering teams while driving meaningful improvements in quality performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead investigations into quality issues, utilising structured root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.Support and continuously improve the AS9100 Quality Management System.Conduct internal audits and support customer, certification and Nadcap audits.Analyse quality data, KPIs and trends to identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate with customers, suppliers, engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related challenges.Drive initiatives focused on reducing defects, scrap, rework and recurring non-conformances.Candidate ProfileExperience within an aerospace manufacturing environment.Strong working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems.Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing and non-conformance ..... full job details .....
