Internal Sales & Customer Service Executive
Location: Walsall
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Office Based

Are you an experienced Internal Sales or Account Management professional who enjoys building relationships and making the most of opportunities?

We're recruiting for a well-established business in Walsall looking for a confident, proactive individual to join their team.

Working closely with a driven Area Sales Manager, you'll look after existing customers, follow up quotations and identify opportunities to grow accounts.

No cold calling or new business development. This is all about building on established relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

• Building strong relationships with existing customers and getting to know their needs
  
  
• Looking after customer accounts, keeping track of orders and spotting opportunities to increase spend
  
  
• Preparing quotes, following them up and helping turn enquiries into orders
  
  
• Working closely with the Area Sales Manager to keep customers happy and accounts growing
  
  
• Dealing with everyday customer enquiries, including orders, deliveries, stock and invoices
  
  
• Keeping customer records up to date and helping the sales office run smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Experience in internal sales, account management or a similar sales office role
  
  
• Confident building customer relationships and spotting sales opportunities
  
  
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a positive, proactive attitude
  
  
• Able to work independently, make decisions and take ownership
  
  
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment
  
  
• Good IT skills and a willingness to learn

Experience within manufacturing, distribution or trade sales would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
