Whether you''re an established Quantity Surveyor ready to take on more responsibility or a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to broaden your experience, this consultancy offers the support, mentorship and opportunities to help you reach your full potential.

Working across a diverse range of construction projects, you''ll provide both pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services while building strong relationships with clients and project teams.

• Deliver Quantity Surveying services from project inception through to completion.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and contract documentation.
• Manage project costs and financial reporting.
• Administer contracts under JCT and NEC forms.
• Work closely with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support junior team members where appropriate.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to repeat business.

You''ll ideally have:

• Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong pre and post-contract experience.
• A good working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• A proactive approach and a genuine desire to develop your career.
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership would be advantageous but isn''t essential.
