Classroom Supervision

• Supervise students in lessons during the absence of the regular teacher.

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials provided by teaching staff.

• Ensure students remain focused on completing assigned work.

• Maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful classroom environment.

• Apply the school''s behaviour management policies consistently.

• Address minor behavioural issues and report more serious incidents to senior staff.

• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.

• Provide basic guidance to students regarding the tasks set by the teacher.

• Encourage participation and support students to complete their work.

• Monitor student progress during the lesson.

• Experience working with children or young people.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Ability to maintain discipline and encourage positive behaviour.

• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
