This is a central leadership role that offers both strategic influence and day-to-day control of financial operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you ll be part of the senior leadership team, helping to shape the future of the business while overseeing its financial health and administrative systems.As Head of Finance, you''ll take full ownership of the finance function. This includes producing monthly management accounts, presenting key financial insights to senior stakeholders, and ensuring all reporting is accurate, timely, and strategically valuable.
