Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across a niche sector within the construction industry. Source, attract, and headhunt top-quality candidates through a variety of channels. Manage the full recruitment process from initial engagement to placement. Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates, becoming a market expert. Use business development techniques to build new client relationships and identify opportunities.
