JR359: Multi Skilled CarpenterLocation: Lewisham/Greenwich Salary: £41,371 Per AnnumOverview:First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join their team.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance and adaptations within the Building Division, providing a professional and high-quality service to customers while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out a range of repairs and maintenance works, including hanging doors, fitting and overhauling locks, window repairs, flooring repairs, kitchen units, fencing and patch plastering.Undertake minor plumbing repairs, including taps and WC cisterns.Carry out wall tiling, bath panel fitting, pipe ducting and casing, and other associated multi-trade tasks.Complete all work to contract specifications, within agreed timescales and to a high standard.Identify and report any issues where contract specifications or deadlines may not be achieved.Work independently or as part of a team of skilled tradespeople.Accurately measure materials and estimate time required for assigned work.Complete relevant paperwork, timesheets and computer records accurately and on time.Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles to a high standard and report any defects or incidents.Maintain vehicle stock levels to support a right-first-time service.Comply with all health and ..... full job details .....
