We are recruiting for a Construction Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join a respected UK Construction Contractor.This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction QA Manager who is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard while advancing their career.This contractor primarily specialise within the following areas: demolition, earthworks and infrastructure, piling and concrete works, asbestos removal, remediation, and waste management.They currently have 8 large scale projects across Central London.The Construction QA Manager will be expected to oversee quality assurance processes and drive quality performance across our construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement project quality plans, procedures, and inspection regimes.Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews of construction activities.Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Oversee quality documentation, testing records, and project handover packages.Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to drive quality performance.Monitor quality KPIs and promote a right-first-time culture.Requirements:Proven experience in construction quality managementStrong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and auditing processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with ISO 9001 and ..... full job details .....
