We''re looking for a hands-on Hardware Support Engineer to support one of our key MSP clients in Glasgow. You''ll provide on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and deployment of IT hardware, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end users. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and fix hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals Deploy, configure, and maintain new equipment Support users via tickets and in-person assistance Manage hardware inventory and coordinate replacements Assist with hardware refreshes, upgrades, and office moves Requirements Experience in IT or hardware support Strong knowledge of PC/laptop repair, diagnostics and screen replacements Familiarity with Windows environments Great communication and customer-service skills CompTIA A+ (preferred) This role is on a contract basis until 23/12/2025 with scope for longer term work ahead.
