Working as part of a HR Team reporting into the Head of HR you will be working in a fast paced business growing and evolving by acquisition including, Complex ER casework, redundancy, restructure, TUPE, lead of HR projects, Stakeholder ManagementClient DetailsA well know brand providing services across the UK and Ireland.DescriptionDevelop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with business objectivesManage and resolve complex employee relations issuesLead on redundancy, restructure, TUPELead and deliver on HR projectsHR policies, procedures, handbooksWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retentionProvide day-to-day performance management guidanceCollaborate with colleagues in the HR department to monitor, review, and update all HR policies in accordance with current legislationProfileA successful HR Business Partner should have:A degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management -desirableHave managed complex ER caseworkLed on redundancy, restructure, TUPEAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practicesStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsJob OfferAn estimated salary range of 45,000 - 50,000 (GBP)Generous holiday leave of 26 days plus bank holidaysAn 8% pension contributionFree parking for all employeesGroup Income protectionDeath in Service benefitWe are looking for a dedicated an
