Fostering Operations Manager

Salary: Up to -60,564 per annum + -1,200 car allowance

NonStop Consulting is working with one of the national fostering providers in order to find a Fostering Operations Manager who can join their service in the West Sussex area.

Key Responsibilities:

The Fostering Operations Manager will work closely with the Registered Fostering Manager and oversee a very stable team of Supervising Social Workers.

This is a 12 months permanent contract to cover maternity leave.

Requirements:

• experience as a Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager
• experience in fostering
• Social Work England registration
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
