We are working with a prestigious Contractor who are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on Rail and Civils projects based in London. They will consider people from a building

-450 - -600 per day

Outside IR35

The role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on Rail Civil Engineering projects using NEC contracts. They are open to people with different sector experience.

Requirements

- Rail or Civils experience ideally however open to people with different sector experience
- NEC or JCT forms of contract knowledge
- Take off experience

- Princing knowledge
