Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker / Advanced Practitioner to join the Intervention and Planning Team for Barnet Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage complex caseloads involving Child Protection, Child in Need, and care proceedings. Complete comprehensive assessments and develop robust care and intervention plans. Undertake court-related work, including report writing and attendance at hearings. Deliver purposeful direct work with children and families to reduce risk and promote long-term stability. Support and mentor social workers, contributing to professional development and quality practice. Work within a multi-agency framework to safeguard children effectively. Maintain high-quality case recordings and comply with statutory timescales.
