Job Title: Employment mentor Duties: Providing job coaching to Supported Internship students, whilst at their work placements. Supporting with classroom sessions (one day per week). Liaising with employers to gather performance feedback, facilitate target setting. Linking with the wider Foundation Studies department to observe and track potential interns for next year. Minimum requirements: Driving licence essential, as will be offsite visiting interns at work placements. Level 2 in English and maths Competent in IT (Microsoft Office etc) Hours: 30-37 hours per week Location: Cheltenham Length of contract: Until the position has been filled Start date: ASAP
