About the role of Estimator

Our client is part of a huge global group. Our client specialises in office, retail and hospitality fitout projects across Europe with regional projects reaching up to around -4 million! They support clients across the multiple European markets, with local teams in countries such as UK, France, Germany, Italy and more!

Our client is looking for an estimator with key fitout/ D&B experience. They will be based out o their Farringdon office with 2 days wfh.

Responsibilities for Estimator

• Prepare tenders
• Prepare cost plans
• Get prices from subcontractors and suppliers
• Identify risks and opportunities
• + more

Requirements for Estimator

• At least 3 years estimating experience
• Experience with a fitout/d&b contractor
• Live within commutable distance to London
