Their collaborative culture and focus on employee development make them an employer of choice in the construction industry.The Role:As the Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a new-build, £50m industrial development. This is a hands-on role where you will be the driving force behind the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Full ownership of the project from pre-construction through to final handover.

Leading and motivating a multi-disciplinary project team.

Managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including programming, risk management, and quality control.

Fostering strong relationships with the client, consultants, and subcontractors.

Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Monitoring and reporting on project progress to senior management.

Managing project budgets and procurement processes.

The Ideal Candidate:A minimum of 10 years'' experience as a Project Manager in a main contractor environment.

Proven experience in the successful delivery of large-scale industrial or commercial projects, ideally with a value of £30m+.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.

Exceptional commercial and contractual awareness.

Relevant construction qualification (e.g., Degree in Construction Management, HNC/HND).

SMSTS and CSCS Black Card certification.

Based in or able to commute to the Birmingham area.

Remuneration:This is a senior-level position with a highly competitive package on offer.Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 per annum
