A leading childcare recruitment agency is seeking enthusiastic Qualified Bank Nursery Practitioners looking for flexible work in Brentwood and the surrounding areas. 

Supporting a network of high-quality nurseries on a temporary basis, this will suit someone looking for part-time work, experience in different settings, or a role that fits around other commitments! 

What you’ll be doing as Bank Nursery Practitioner:

- Stepping into nurseries on a temporary basis to cover staff sickness, holidays, and peak periods
- Providing nurturing, engaging care for children aged 0-5 years
- Supporting daily routines, activities, and mealtimes
- Working within the EYFS framework to promote child development
- Following all safeguarding and health and safety procedures

We’re looking for a Bank Nursery Practitioner with:

- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (beneficial)
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting is a must
- A genuine passion for childcare
- Reliability and a flexible, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel to various settings across Brentwood and nearby areas
