You will be responsible for following duties:Processing service cancellationsResolving customer billing queriesReviewing and correcting contract setup issuesClarifying contractual questions in response to customer questionsUpdating Customer Master DataPreparing of credit memosThe Finance Customer Contact Specialist will work collaboratively in a team environment across a variety of departments, including Sales, Billing and Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Customer Care.Profile:The successful temporary Graduate Accounts Assistant will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or have over 2 years experience with a degree.You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.Client:Our client are a Real Estate Company based in London.
