This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and lead service delivery on the ground ensuring homes are well maintained, safe, and places residents are proud to live in. What You ll Be Doing: Lead and coordinate a busy Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) workforce, ensuring quality, timeliness, and value for money.Conduct full property surveys, raise and manage work orders, and oversee completion to a high standard.Drive performance across reactive repairs, planned works, and compliance with health and safety legislation.Work with colleagues to champion innovation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.Monitor quality standards through inspections, data analysis, and audits.Support with disrepair claims, insurance cases, mutual exchanges, and adaptations.Be part of the out-of-hours rota (including occasional weekend work).
