Manage a varied property litigation caseload including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes, and landlord and tenant matters.Work within a recognised team in Warwick; contribute to the firm’s development through high-quality work and collaboration.Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.Travel between offices where required; access to a car is preferable.Utilise flexible and hybrid working options where available.Benefit from a structured career path, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years PQE with experience of property litigation.Open to Dispute Resolution Solicitors or Legal Executives.Salary and Benefits
