Demand Management AnalystLocation: Irlam (with some flexibility to work from home) Salary: £25,000 £30,000 Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)Key Responsibilities: Use customer sales data (EPOS and shipment history) to create accurate forecasts in SAPWork directly with the customer to agree and review promotional forecastsLead regular meetings with the customer to discuss service levels, risks, and forecast changesTroubleshoot supply issues and work with internal teams to maintain high service levelsRun weekly internal forecast meetings and update commercial teamsIdentify risks and opportunities within demand plans to support stock and salesProvide basic support across other customer accounts when needed (e.g., holiday cover)Work to set KPIs and performance metrics About You: High attention to detail and strong communication skillsConfident working with customers and cross-functional teamsExcellent Excel skillsExperience in demand planning or forecasting roles (ideally in FMCG)SAP experience is a plusAble to build positive working relationships and manage multiple stakeholdersComfortable occasionally visiting customers as part of the role What s in It for You?
