Must be eligible for SC Clearance Responsibilities Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple teams, managing change requests, enhancements and service improvements. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and sprint reviews. Remove blockers, manage dependencies and ensure delivery milestones are achieved. Work closely with stakeholders and delivery managers to align priorities and communicate progress. Maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies. Support quarterly planning, release management, governance and change impact assessments. Coach teams in Agile ways of working, promote continuous improvement and support team development. Deputise for the Delivery Manager when required and contribute to wider engagement activities. Requirements Proven experience in project delivery, Agile delivery management, Scrum Master or a similar role. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks and delivery best practices. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership and team coaching skills.
