Senior Employer''s Agent / Quantity Surveyor - North West / Hybrid - Consultancy £55,000 - £60,000 per annum 37 hours per week PermanentWe are working with a well-established consultancy to recruit a Senior Employer''s Agent / Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of affordable housing developments across the North West and West Yorkshire. This is a permanent opportunity driven by increased workload in line with upcoming affordable housing programmes. The successful candidate will take ownership of multiple projects, acting as Employer''s Agent and providing full Quantity Surveying services from inception through to completion. You will operate with a high level of autonomy while supporting wider business objectives and mentoring junior staff.
