The setting offers an opportunity to support children''s early development through engaging activities, positive interactions and a play-based approach that encourages curiosity, independence and confidence.This full-time Nursery Practitioner position involves working varied shifts, which may start at 8:00am or finish as late as 6:00pm, depending on the nursery rota. You will help deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, create stimulating learning opportunities through continuous provision and support children through individual and small group activities. You will also encourage progress towards the Early Learning Goals, assist with personal care and daily routines, and help ensure every child feels safe, included and supported throughout the day.The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:• A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification, an equivalent qualification, or a minimum of 6 months'' relevant experience working within an Early Years setting• A sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum, Early Learning Goals and child development• Experience supporting children through play-based learning, continuous provision and small group activities• Confidence adapting activities to ..... full job details .....
