We have a fantastic opportunity for a therapist to join a supportive, highly motivated team and take on the role of managing our physiotherapy service Our ideal candidate will have clinical experience in working with students with a range of communication, sensory and dysphagia needs as well as significant, proven leadership and management experience. You will be leading a team of Physiotherapists whilst supporting continuous improvements within our provision. You need to be an excellent communicator, able inspire and motivate staff and build strong working relationships with both students and their families to enable them to achieve the best possible outcomes.
