We''re supporting a well-established business energy support services provider to appoint a TPI Sales Manager.

This is a high-impact role for someone able to quickly take ownership and deliver impact, leading a key revenue channel through a period of change.

The Role

• Own revenue, margin and performance across the TPI (broker) channel
• Lead and develop sales teams across account management, new business and pricing
• Manage key broker relationships and drive commercial growth
• Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting and overall performance

What We''re Looking For

• Experience within TPI / broker / intermediary sales models
• Strong sales leadership with ownership of targets
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Confident engaging at senior / C-suite level
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
