Key Responsibilities:

• Manage both Sales and Purchase Ledgers
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Submit VAT and
• Oversee credit control processes
• Handle supplier payments
• Post journals and reconcile control accounts
• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Organise year-end files for external accountants
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in an Bookkeeping role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
