This role is strictly suited to candidates from an aerospace or precision engineering background. You will be working on metallic aerospace structures where accuracy, quality, and adherence to aerospace standards are essential. Working Hours Monday - Thursday07:00 - 16:30 (compressed four-day week)Overtime available: First 10 hours paid at 1.5xAdditional hours paid at 2x Key Responsibilities Assemble metallic aerospace structures in line with aerospace quality standards and SOPsRead and interpret engineering drawings and aerospace specificationsCarry out precision fitting operations, including: Drilling and countersinkingRivetingSealant applicationInstallation of helicoils, bearings, and bushes Use calibrated tools and equipment safely and correctlyMaintain 5S standards and safe working practicesComplete a practical trade test as part of the interview process Essential Requirements Proven airframe / structural assembly experienceBackground in aerospace manufacturing or high-precision engineeringStrong ability to read and work from technical drawings and aerospace specificationsHands-on experience with core aerospace fitting p
