We are looking for a Field Service Deployment Engineer to join the wider Field Service team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, providing dedicated technical support for planned technology refreshes and infrastructure lifecycle activities across the installed analyser base. About the Role As a Field Service Deployment Engineer, you will carry out planned field-based IT deployment activities, ensuring systems are upgraded, configured and maintained efficiently while minimising disruption to laboratory operations. Your responsibilities will include: Windows operating system upgrades and security patch remediation System imaging, reimaging and configuration IT hardware installation, replacement and commissioning Software installation and configuration Data backup, migration and restoration System validation and troubleshooting Supporting IT infrastructure and end-user technology Working closely with Field Service Engineers, Technical Support and Product Management Liaising directly with customers and providing professional technical support Travelling to customer sites across the UK as required About ..... full job details .....
