This is a unique opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, with an interesting and broad spread of contentious and non-contentious EMEA employment work on offer.About the RoleProvide legal support across the organisation''s large and varied workforce including contractual agreements, TUPE, corporate transactions, restructures, disputes, grievances, disciplinary matters, internal policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, whistleblowing, DEI initiatives, restrictive covenants and terminations. This would include internal investigations and managing external counsel where necessary. In addition to supporting on these areas, the role will be to proactively identify and manage legal risk and to liaise with senior stakeholders.Required Skills/

QualificationsMinimum of 3 years'' PQE in employment law across Germany, UK and EMEAGerman or UK qualified lawyerProven experience as an employment lawyer in advisory, corporate support and contentious mattersPreferably from a top tier City law firmIn-house experience is highly desirableThe ideal candidate will be versatile, efficient, proactive with strong drafting skills, mature, discreet and an excellent communicator with ability to manage and prioritise and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environmentFluent in German and EnglishFlexible, hybrid working, collegiate team and excellent package on offer.
