An established company are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The Customer Service Administrator role involves providing first class customer service to clients, managing and processing incoming orders and responding to customer queries in an appropriate and timely manner.Salary: Up to £38,000 (OTE/bonuses)Office based Free onsite parking Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:Answering incoming calls, understanding client needs and dealing with enquiries/ordersProcessing orders accurately and promptly to meet the needs of the customerProviding exceptional customer service at all timesWorking to set KPIs, achieving and exceeding targets for orders and callsManaging the incoming sales inbox of ordersKeeping customers updated on the scheduled delivery date and any changes on products, efficiently backordering items and offering an alternativeRemaining knowledgeable on a range of products to give technical advice to customersProcessing balances on a daily basis using the in-house systemFollowing through urgent orders for customersAssisting with delivery queries and following through to completionHaving a thorough knowledge of how all systems and processes workCustomer Service Administrator skills/competencies:Proven experience within a similar role desirableStrong attention to detail and a "can-do" attitudeProficient in Microsoft OfficeApply today!
