Job DescriptionPlanned Preventative Maintenance Engineer - Fire Systems - Pirin Court - Nights - Sun to Thurs 10pm to 6amJob SummaryReporting to the Senior Supervisor, the Planned Preventative Maintenance Engineer will undertake planned maintenance activities on a wide range of Fire Systems assets, mainly in the Trackside environment. You will be working nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am. You will work as part of a team and also complete tasks individually.You must always work safely. There will be significant travel between stations, so a full driver''s license is essential.Key DeliverablesCompleting preventative maintenance tasks daily on fire systems within RailAssisting in the delivery of daily tasks in line with business expectationsWorking as part of a team and independently depending on the taskMaintaining health and safety awareness and practiceReporting progress regularly to the site person in chargeUtilising our ServiceNow platform to complete visit reportsResponsibilitiesProviding accurate site reports on completed activities to the site SPC or line managerCompleting maintenance as per the defined scheduleEnsuring maintenance is completed to required standards and reporting issuesCompleting administration tasks promptlyComplying with QEHS requirementsFollowing the Drug and Alcohol policyQualifications / Skills RequirementsKnowledge of system maintenance procedures related to Fire Systems in RailPrevious experience with Fire SystemsExperience working within the LUL or Rail environmentValid driving licenseWillingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing, as required for trackside work
