Providing practical and emotional support to individuals in need.2. Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.3. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals.Required Qualifications: - NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.- Previous experience in a similar role.- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.Education: - Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths.Experience: - Experience working with vulnerable individuals.- Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues.Knowledge and Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Empathy and compassion towards others.Preferred Qualifications: - NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.- First Aid certification- Driver Preferred Working Conditions: - Part-Time hours, including evenings and weekends.- Interaction with individuals with challenging behaviours.- Potential exposure to bodily fluids.- Adherence to strict health and safety guidelines.
