The role manages project teams, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and HSBC change frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, mobilisation, execution, and closure of projects across business and technology functions.Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, and resource forecasts.Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are implemented.Drive delivery governance and ensure compliance with HSBC project management standards and controls.Engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels, including senior business and change leaders.Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party suppliers where applicable.Monitor and report project progress, financial performance, and delivery outcomes.Support business readiness activities to facilitate successful implementation and adoption.Ensure benefits are clearly defined, tracked, and realised post-implementation.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
